I always get the email ” I want to get huge and ripped, what workout or diet should I follow” Getting ripped and getting huge are 2 different types of eating and 2 different types of training.. Full focus must be done on one or the other to get full results. You bulk, then cut, bulk then cut, ect. until you reach your desired body!! Took me 13 years and 80lbs of muscle to get where I wanted to be!!!

Intressant, och tungt att läsa… Det finns alltså inga genvägar?? Va, nu känner jag mig lurad 🙂
